Sara Pinto was born and lived in Covilhã, she studied History of Art at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. After her graduation in 2011 moved to Maputo, Mozambique, where she creates REDTAGBAG, a brand of accessories made with typical Mozambican fabrics: the capulanas, she owned a studio and a store in Maputo for 5 years. In 2022 the opportunity arises with the New Hand Lab to take a course in Tufting, textile technique in which she currently develops her artistic path, seeking to specialize in textile sculpture.
