I was born in Chicago, IL to Caribbean & Latin American parents. I have an extensive academic background in Fine Art, Politics, Research and Philosophy. I have also worked as a director of photography, performance artist and community organizing through social media.
My work focuses on Women of Color in the diaspora with a focus on the Caribbean. I have cultivated a multidisciplinary practice through painting, film, photography, installation and performance work. I have also created documentation work on marginalized communities in Chicago, IL.
