Eda Ercan

Short bio

My name is Eda, and I was born in France in 2001. I studied Visual Arts at the University of Picardie Jules Verne. I’m really into theorical learning, more than hands-on practice. I love exploring different art movements, analyzing their cultural and historical backgrounds. My goal is to contribute to the academic discourse and promote a deeper understanding of art’s conceptual aspects.

Description of general work / practice

My current focus is on surveillance art, where artists use various techniques to challenge modern surveillance systems. I explore themes like privacy, power, and control to create awareness and contribute to the understanding of this field. I hope to inspire discussions and bring about social change through my research.
